An almost cordial-like stunner, from the dense deep red color to the brandied cherry flavor. Though it’s a trifle boozy, like an eau-de-vie, the syrupy, velvety spirit is surprisingly luscious. A dark cherry flavor clings to the palate. It wouldn’t be out of place as an after-dinner digestif, swirled in a snifter with an ice cube or two. How many vodkas can say that?
