Cavit is relatively new to the Prosecco genre and this sparkler provides all the fresh fruit flavors you’d expect from this popular category of Italian wine. It’s a low-intensity wine, with notes of peach, honeydew kiwi and white peppercorn. There’s also a slightly soapy-musky tone at the back.
