Its color is deep amber and its nose is redolent of dried lemon peel and orange zest. It lacks big, dried fruit aromas like other Albana di Romagna passitos, but makes up for it with a creamy, almost viscous mouthfeel and just the right amount of acidity to cleans the palate.
