Very pale, with inviting aromas of peaches and strawberries, vanilla and smoke. Delicate flavors of peaches, white chocolate, vanilla, strawberry and minty sorbet. It’s dry and crisp, with high acidity. Despite the lightness of body, this wine has interest and depth.
