An interesting wine that grows on you as you experience it. Bone dry and softly elegant, it has a crisp spine of acidity framing delicate flavors of sour cherry candy, tobacco and spice. It has the feel of a Pinot Noir, although it’s a predominantly Bordeaux-style blend, with a splash of Syrah.
