Lighea is a terrific wine and an excellent pairing partner to vegetarian and seafood recipes alike. Thanks to the aromatic Zibibbo grape, the wine offers a fragrant bouquet of citrus flower and honey. But it is not overtly sweet in the mouth and that’s why it pairs with savory foods.
