Wow. What a nice white wine. It may have a little oak—the winery doesn’t say—but it’s basically stainless steel-fermented, which allows the Meyer lemon, lime, peach and papaya flavors to star. Brightened with crisp acidity, it’s beautiful as a cocktail sipper, and with shrimp cocktail, pot stickers, a nice roast chicken. Contains 2% Viognier.
