Tastes jammy all the way through, with raspberry and cherry flavors that start and end sweet and sugary. The problem isn’t the ripeness, it’s the balance and control throughout the palate experience. This Pinot Noir should finish dry but doesn’t, which makes it disappointing, especially at this price.
