Marked by violet-like scents and touches of pepper-cured meat, this is an intriguing Shiraz. It’s full bodied and creamy in texture, with flavors of blackberry liqueur and licorice. Its only failing is that it seems to fade a bit quickly on the finish. Drink this luscious Shiraz over the next year or two.
