Typical of the Martinique rhum agricole style, the aromatics on this lively rum tend toward funky and herbaceous. Meanwhile, the flavors are complex and deep, showcasing vanilla and molasses, and lots of baking spice (clove, nutmeg and cassia bark). It’s easy to see how lovely this would be with additional barrel time.
