Nearly all Pinot Noir, with just 15% Chardonnay, this full-bodied sparkler has raspberry and cherry liqueur flavors that finish with a dose of sweet honey. Very high acidity brings needed balance to this rich wine, but it does seem like it could finish a little drier.
