Smells like spiced fruit cake, prune and licorice. It’s ripe and a touch syrupy, but genuine and not cloying or overly heavy. Tastes of baked plum and blackberry along with dark spices and chocolate. Chocolaty and coffee-tinged on the finish. 50% Tempranillo and 50% CS.
