This Catarratto (with a small percentage of Chardonnay in the blend for extra creaminess) offers fragrant, herbal aromas that recall oregano, tomato leaf, green melon and kiwi. It is reminiscent of white wines from cooler climates although it has the power and persistency associated with Sicilian wines.
