Oak, fruit, tannin, acidity and minerality are the parts of this flashy Cabernet, but they haven’t come together yet. This clearly needs time. There’s a brilliant heart of blackberry, black currant, anise and spice flavors, and it should begin to develop secondary or tertiary characteristics after 2016 or so.
