The aroma features peppermint fragrance underpinned by a stony smell. Entry is sharply minty, yet pleasingly sweet; the midpalate is delightfully zesty and tangy, and the über-mint flavor isn’t too syrupy or sweet. Finishes cool, leafy and keenly refreshing.

The nosing passes find engaging smells of piquant cinnamon. The entry is intensely cinnamon and sweet, though not cloying; the midpalate is better as the spice element cuts through much of the sugary sweetness. Concludes long, moderately cinnamon, slightly (and nicely) bitter, and properly zesty.
