Caffo Very Italian Grappa

Opening the aromatic phase is a pleasingly languid grapy/vinous scent, followed by more focused scents of lead pencil, ripe grapes and grape skins. Palate entry is a tad hot, but dry and like dried tropical fruit; at midpalate there’s the lead pencil aspect once again as well as tastes of prunes and dates. Concludes warm, metallic and just a bit grapy.
