Bouquet leaps from the glass in waves of perfectly ripe tangerine/blood orange, citrusy scents. Sweet-and-sour palate entry features the tangerine, but in a dried pulp, rind-like way; at midpalate, bitter traces of cardamom, bitter root, fennel, rosehip and mustard seed prevail. Finishes sweet and sour.

At first, smells of toasted almonds, toasted walnuts; aeration adds white raisins, white peach and marshmallow. Entry is semisweet, toffee-like and angular; midpalate displays toastiness in the forms of pastry and toasted nuts. Concludes well, medium-weighted, semisweet.
