Abbaye de Valmagne 2011 Le Secret de Frère Nonenque Red (Vin de Pays des Collines de la Moure)
This wine boasts a bright and youthful ruby-red color. Its nose is crammed with exuberant scents of red cherries and fresh blueberries, along with just-picked rosemary and thyme. There is a faint whiff of vanilla and cocoa pointing to some new oak influence. Moderately viscous, this wine is soft in texture, with supple tannins and supporting acidity.
