Bill Arbios was one of the pioneers in setting the standards for meritage wines while at Lyeth in 1981. He started Arbios Cellars in 1993, and since then he has been producing high-quality, reasonably priced Cabernet. His ’99 Cab starts with aromas of black cherries and green olives.
