Aromas of toasted marshmallow and new glove leather meet sweet raspberry and blueberry notes on the palate. The marshmallow streaks through the whole wine to the lengthy finish flavored with dried herbs and pepper.

The simple flavors of sweet red plum are pleasantly hailed by aromas of dry fruit, baking spices, dried herbs, tobacco and glove leather. Fruit displaying more complexity would contribute to a higher rating.

Zesty aromas reminiscent of orange blossom and lime carry well to the citrusy palate tinged with shale. Although light on the nose, the citrus flavors are worth investigating.
