This Merlot from Cortona features aromas that are on the ripe side and recall blackberry and strawberry preserves with accents of white peppercorn and vine-ripened tomato. The tannins are thick and sandy.

This creamy Trebbiano-based wine rests on yeasts for three months to achieve soft density and texture. Its aromas recall dried apricot, peach juice and mature pineapple.

This is a blend of Syrah and Cab that has loads of milk chocolate as the protagonist and a loud chorus of berry fruit behind it. The fruit nuances are simple but clean and offer a good match to pasta, roasted vegetables and white meat. The best quality of this wine, however, is the finish that is long and exceedingly fruity.
