Simple, tart, green apple fruit awkwardly married to hard, tannic oak. Nothing comes together; the fruit seems thin and the oak tags a bitter, woody finish onto it.

Already showing some signs of oxidation, which has softened but not integrated the flavors. This is a disjointed wine, tannic, spicy, with a sweet cracker flavor that falls off into an empty mid-palate before heading into very dry, very chalky tannins at the finish.
