Dark and a bit pruny, this blend of old-vine Grenache, Cabernet Sauvignon and Tempranillo is quite dry, densely wooded and firmly structured. Toasty oak, dried rose petals and meat adorn the dark cherry and blackberry fruit. But the wine is lean, rather tart—and overly woody, at least for now.
