Made from organically farmed fruit and aged for eight months in oak barrels, this dark, opulent blend is comprised of Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon, plus a tiny amount of Petit Verdot. Ripe fruit, blackberry jam and cured meat flavors are enhanced by thickly textured tannins.
