Jammy and woody, but not terribly complex. The fruit falls squarely into the grape and plum category, but there’s also some distracting green notes up front and on the herbal finish. Decent, but has issues. Tasted twice with identical impressions. Imported by Global Grape LLC.

Flat and raisiny, with a hint of orange peel on the nose. More saturated in the mouth, but bland in terms of primary flavors and jagged in terms of feel. Finishing flavors of prune, licorice and coffee are thick and less than convincing.

A lot of raisin and heavy cola aromas weigh down the bouquet in front of reduced, almost condensed baked-fruit flavors. A stewy wine with a saving streak of acidity in the middle tier.
