A full, rounded wine, very much a rosé for food. It is bone dry in character, although the berry fruitiness gives the wine an attractive open feel. With its firm texture, it could age a year.

This is dry and spicy, with a full character. Perfumed and rich, it’s concentrated and packed with wild strawberry fruit. It finishes with intense acidity.

Bottled in a traditional wavy Provençal bottle, this cuvée is less confected than many modern rosés, instead packaging hints of peach and mineral in a lean, citrusy style that lingers on the finish.
