There is definite richness in this wine, which benefits from the ripe style of 2005. You find sweet plums, soft tannins and delicious juiciness. The wine remains fruit-dominated, and could age for 2–3 years.

A dark-colored wine, this is layered with a wood note that shows strongly along with the mint flavor. Rich, well structured and concentrated, this has black jelly fruit, and is meant for drinking in two years.

A lean, austere wine that relies on juicy fruits and dry tannins. It feels light in texture, the acidity too prominent. Will it soften? Maybe, but it will always be lean.
