Already the structure is beginning to make way for ripe plum and damson fruits. With its firm structure, this is a complex and concentrated wine that will need to age over at least four years.

Dark colored wine, its fruit structured with building blocks of dense tannins, acidity and a plum skin texture. The wine has a fine balance, rich but also restrained and elegant. For aging over 3–4 years.

A suave wine, concerned at this stage with its tannins and not with fruit. It is dry, the black plum skin texture just giving an opening to black currant fruits. All this means that this is a wine for aging—give it five years.
