From organically farmed vineyards and 50-year-old vines, this is a velvety-textured blend of Syrah, Grenache and Carignan aged in foudres and demi-muids. Combine blackberry fruit, peppery spice and a soft, lingering finish and the result is a winner. Drink now–2015.

Fits the fashion for very pale rosé, with delicate pink color and aromas of struck flint and passion fruit. In the mouth, it’s mouthwatering and plump, with peachy notes and a bit of lime zest to finish. Drink now.

This blend of Roussanne, Marsanne, Clairette and Grenache Blanc shows some plumpness on the midpalate thanks to lees contact rather than oak. Aromas are of struck flint and passion fruit, but the flavors are riper, skewing toward melon and nectarine yet remaining crisp and focused on the finish. Drink now.

Nice clean nose, with scents of cherries and white pepper. But what are the green, stemmy flavors doing on the palate? Modest cherry fruit, but this medium-bodied wine finishes herbal and astringent.
