Fine wood flavors, balancing with black berry fruits, red plums and some soft chocolate and vanilla. The tannins play a fine supporting role, leaving the vivacious fruit, with its delicious juicy character, to have the final word.

Produced by the major négociant Castel, this juicy, fruity wine is proving to be drinkable already. Soft, with a black currant flavor, it has fine acids and spicy, toasty touches on the finish.

A light, rather diffuse wine, with the fruit soft and ripe. The flavor of red plum juice and tomato give some sweetness, the tannins only a minor element in this ready-to-drink wine.
