There’s lots to like about this dry, balanced Cab that showcases the way Napa ripens grapes while retaining lush, complex tannins. There’s a touch of raisining in the finish, but it’s seasoning, like salt on a steak.

This is a new brand for me, and with this wine they're providing a crisp, fruity Sauvignon Blanc, filled with ripe fig, lime, white peach and vanilla flavors. It's very nice, but would be better if it were a little less sweet.
