Couvillion’s Sauvignon Blanc is pure varietal, from Sagemoor vineyard grapes. It’s been barrel fermented in neutral oak, and the resulting wine has a round, lightly oaky, buttery mouthfeel. Well made.

Couvillion’s single- vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon is now in its third vintage. It’s loaded with dark, toasty scents with light red fruit flavors. It tastes of strawberries, raspberries and pretty cherry candy, pleasant and fresh, with a fair amount of chocolaty spice from the barrel aging.

Pleasantly spicy and round, this pure Sauvignon Blanc has light lemon and orange peel flavors, and a lively core which leaves a finishing impression of buttery, fresh-baked brioche. Not especially deep, but appealing.
