Amazing how they get wines this nice out at this everyday price. While not a blockbuster, this easy sipper has the peach and pineapple fruit, spice and yummy cream you want in a Chard.

Dog’s House is on a roll with good, affordable wines. This ohne’s dry, soft and smooth, with lip-smacking cherry flavors that turn just a little sweet on the finish.

A sound everyday Merlot with lots to like. Dry and full-bodied, it shows flavors of blackberries, blueberries, plums and mocha, firmed by sturdy tannins. A good steak fajitas wine.

A good everyday Chardonnay, with sweet, jammy flavors of pineapples, apricots, tangerines, vanilla and cinnamon. Finishes creamy and dry.
