Nicely complex and layered nose of ripe forest fruit, coffee and a hint of brown sugar. Lots of fresh, ripe cherry-berry fruit persists on the palate, with hints of vanilla, black forest gateau, chocolate, clove and anise. Very modern and full-bodied with a creamy lush texture. Supple tannins and a long vanilla tinged finish.

A bit herbal—even a touch green—on the nose, but in the mouth it’s quite fruit-driven and creamy in texture. Fine dusty tannins mark the finish, suggesting a few years of aging isn’t out of the question. Drink now–2012.

This wine displays a nicely balanced bouquet that melds dried cherries and dried spices. On the palate, those same elements persist, joined by dusty minerality and a chalky note on the finish.

An initial sulfur note blows off to reveal very ripe cherry and plum fruit, almost Shiraz-like in character. There's a nice density to the graham cracker and chocolate flavors in the mouth while a pleasant berry note lingers on the finish. Give this one plenty of air before serving.

Ample pear fruit and a helping of peppery spice on the finish gives this medium-bodied white a little interest, amplified by a plump, mouthfeel. Drink now.
