Domaine de Vrignaud 2005 Fourchaume Premier Cru Chardonnay (Chablis)

From a small Chablis producer, this is very soft, showing some ripe fruit but an amorphous structure; rather unfocused. There are plenty of creamy wood and sweet green-fruit flavors, but they need time to hang together better. — R.V. (8/1/2007)
