Seems slightly volatile on the nose, with hints of nail polish that detract from an otherwise pretty bouquet of leather, cherry and spice. Good power and structure, with a warm, peppery finish. Drink now.

This blend of 95% Viognier and 5% Roussanne is fat and broad on the palate but not particularly floral or spicy. It’s a big, neutral white to serve as an apéritif or with fish.
