A big-hearted Sauvignon, packed with green and white fruits and a hint of tropical fruits and spice. It has a touch of yeast that gives richness to the body. Final flavors of pear and green plum dominate.

Initially youthfully crisp and herbaceous, the wine then broadens into riper more yellow-fruit flavors. That gives it richness and weight that balance with the grapefruit and lemon-juice freshness. Give this fine wine a year to meld together

Great wafts of white currants come from this delicious—but definitely too young—wine. It is full of flavor, fruity and ripe. There’s a good structure from green apple skins and tight acidity. Give it another year.
