Slightly vinegary on the cherry-laden nose, with a mild but persistent briney character. The palate is high in acid, leading to some scour, but the flavors of plum and berry, while generic, are pretty good. Finishes with hints of toast, pepper and spice. Solid enough for $8.  — M.S.  (10/1/2010)
