The best Chardonnay from this brand so far. With crisp, clean acidity, it shows rich layers of tropical fruits and pears, with a stony minerality. Tastes fat and sweet in the middle, but finishes dry and zesty.

A little soft in texture, but interesting for its mosaic of blackberry, pepper, smoked meat, currant and balsam flavors, and the way the firm tannins provide structure. This bone-dry, big-boned Syrah was grown in the San Bernabe Vineyard of the southern Salinas Valley.

This Chardonnay is from the big San Bernabe Vineyard. It’s rich and forward in pineapple jam, pear and lemon flavors. The oak seems overly elaborated, but it sure is opulent in vanilla and crême brulée.

A pleasantly crisp, fruity Sauvignon Blanc for drinking now as a cocktail or with simple fare. It’s sweet in jammy pineapples, oranges and limes.

Lots to like here. The wine shows a fine, silky texture, the acidity is bright and crisp, the alcohol is nice and modest, and the finish is totally dry. The cherry flavors are a little thin, but it’s not a bad Pinot Noir for the price.

Soft and a little sweet, this fresh young Pinot Noir has cherry, raspberry and mocha flavors. It’s fattened up with a splash of Petite Sirah and Cabernet Sauvignon.

You’ll find some good lime, lemon and grapefruit flavors in this dryish wine, but it’s lacking in acidity. Should be brighter and crisper for balance.
