This Cabernet is very dry, with a high level of acidity. It lacks generosity, but it’s elegant. The green edge mellows as it warms in the glass, giving way to a note of blackberry jam. Drink up.

Has a sulfur and funk aroma and taste that don’t blow off even after plenty of decanting. The underlying wine is pretty good, but it’s flawed by cellar influences.
