The Bindi family of Montalcino has crafted a fine Brunello with excellent personality and dimension. You’ll get aromas of black cherry, tart cassis, smoke, exotic spice and cola. It’s marked by elegance, balance and a full, generous feel in the mouth.

Il Cocco delivers a beautiful Brunello with an inky dark appearance and savory notes of cured meat, leather and dark fruit. There’s a touch of bitter almond on the close that gives the wine brightness and crispness.

This Riserva Brunello shows the elegant and slightly astringent characteristics associated with the 2006 vintage. The wine is streamlined and tight with bright berry, cassis, cherry cola and licorice aromas. Let it age 5–10 years.

Here is a very impressive Rosso di Montalcino with thick, rich concentration and pretty aromas of black fruit, spice and cola. This is more than a “baby Brunello” as Rosso di Montalcino is sometimes called: it’s a rich, steady wine that holds its own against some of the better wines of the region. The tannins are tight and firm.
