A wonderfully complex, dry white wine, rich and acidic, with subtle flavors of citrus fruits, white flowers, vanilla, minerals and honey. Feels smooth and creamy, an interesting combination of richness and tartness and, above all, elegance. Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Viognier and Grenache Blanc.

One of the cleaner, brisker and more balanced Viogniers on the market. It’s bone dry and nicely crisp, with citrus, peach, guava, wildflower and mineral flavors. Racy and complex, and despite the power, it’s delicate.

Rich in citrus and tropical fruit flavors, but superbly dry and crisp in cool-climate acidity, with a wonderful, stony minerality. Comes down squarely on the dry, steely side of the Chardonnay spectrum, but no less complex and interesting.

A soft, silky and utterly delicious Syrah that’s great for drinking now and for the next several years. Shows sweetly ripe flavors of grilled black cherries, raspberries, pepper and smoky sandalwood, with spicy cola and bacon notes.

Kudos to Koehler for keeping this wine dry and acidic, which is what Sauvignon Blanc is supposed to be. But it’s not a lean wine at all. It has rich, savory flavors of lemons, limes, pineapples and kiwi fruits, with mouthwatering white pepper spices.

A complicated, satisfying young Pinot. The slight underripeness adds to its mouthfeel, bringing a rhubarb and heirloom tomato contrast to the sweeter cherries, raspberries and cola. With a lightly silky texture and dry finish, it’s quite an elegant sipper.

Rich in red fruits, especially cherries, and fairly dense in tannins, this fresh, young Grenache has additional notes of orange peel, rose petal, cinnamon and caramelized oak. Fully dry, it warrants a few years in the cellar.

With a touch of oak for smoky vanilla, this Sauvignon Blanc offers great appeal. It’s crisp in acidity, and while it’s technically dry, has rich pastry flavors of pineapples, lemongrass, limes and kiwi fruits. One of the best values on the market.
