A bigger, toastier style that emphasizes banana, yellow rose and well-etched mineral tones. It has a silky mouthfeel with a bit more bulk than your standard Prosecco and a crisp, snappy close. Imported by Citadel Trading.

On appearance, this sparkler is light in color with delicate golden reflections and the nose is similarly understated with aromas of pulpy white fruit and dusty mineral. The wine comes alive in the mouth thanks to its lively freshness.

The nose lacks the brilliance and intensity of other Proseccos and leaves a lingering taste of cardboard or Graham cracker in the mouth. The mouthfeel is creamy and soft but a tiny hint of burnt matchstick appears on the close.

This pale but luminous sparkling rosé opens with fine and delicate aromas of peach, pear, pink grapefruit, dried herbs and drying mineral tones. It offers creamy foam in the mouth and sour citrus notes on the close.

There’s less aromatic intensity here although you can catch whiffs of sweet fruit and peach. It does have body and length and a firmly tonic feel in the mouth. Pair with informal picking foods.

La Marca’s Prosecco Cuvée is light and watery in the mouth with soda-like essences of lemon-lime and sharp effervescence. You’ll get layers of peach, lemon zest and white flowers.
