La Selvaccia 2000 Sangiovese (Brunello di Montalcino)

If you've never tried Brunello this is an excellent wine to wet your taste buds for this extraordinary Italian red. The aromatic intensity is incredible: blackberry, wet earth, cherry preserves and leather. Its color is inky black and the wine closed with a nice, smoky finish.
