Les Amis des Hospices de Dijon NV Sparkling (Crémant de Bourgogne)
Mostly Chardonnay, and quite crisp and well made. Apple, pear and toasted bread aromas lead you straight to apple and cinnamon flavors, which then yield to a dryness on the finish that holds your attention. Zesty and forthright. An interesting sparkler for certain, and one from Burgundy.  — M.S.  (6/1/2003)
