A light-weight and lean Pinot with minimal tannins and bracing acidity. Quite delicate aromas and flavors of rhubarb, currant and white raspberry end on a short, tart finish.

Strawberry hull and red plum pit aromas laced with a dusting of nutmeg shine in the bouquet. Easygoing and fresh with a black pepper accent staying through the close.

In the mineral vein of Burgundy, damp earth and woods notes comprise the opening act. The palate adds some cherry notes and a slight grip but the final effect is not exactly show stopping, as the flavors lack concentration and the watery finish can be measured in nanoseconds.
