Stunningly beautiful. Decadently rich and flamboyant, with its peach, honeysuckle, apricot, wildflower, vanilla and smoke aromas and flavors. Rich and sweet as honey, yet this wine is fully dry and quite crisp with acidity. Exquisite concentration, with the weight and density of a Grand Cru.

This Andlau vineyard has been planted since Roman times, making it one of the oldest vineyards in Alsace. It’s famed for Rieslings, and this wine shows why. It is full-bodied, but still hows some raciness and ripe acidity. At this stage, this great wine is still very young, but it has the potential to age for up to 20 years. Imported by Wilson Daniels Ltd.

An amazing wine that opens with huge aromas of honeysuckle, peach, lime zest, pie crust, creme brulee, vanilla and smoke. Big, rich and persistant in the mouth, with peach and citrus flavors that go on and on, underscored by searing acidity. Built for aging.

This is certainly rich, but that’s not what is so important. What gives this wine its style is the balance between the cantaloup and mango flavors and the layers of acidity and spice. Fine and elegant, this should develop well over several years.

Packed with ripe, peach-flavored fruits, this intense wine is from the 29-acre grand cru Wiebelsberg vineyard in Andlau. Full, toasty and intense, it layers flowers and fruit with powerful flavors of walnuts and almonds. Imported by Wilson Daniels Ltd.

This wine develops slowly in the mouth, providing a finely structured, rich and elegant character. There’s a round white-fruit flavor that’s shot through with taut acidity. With its tight finish, it could age a few more months.

Offers developed aromas of brioche and dried apricots, with hints of mineral. The intense palate is viscous but the finish is dry. Drink with complex fish dishes.

Has grapefruit, lychee, tangerine, earth and vanilla aromas. Unctuous and very extracted, with huge, sweet citrus and peach fruit; rich and ripe, but it drinks dry. Very steely and elegant. A big wine that will age.
