A steely, lean and focused wine. Quite lovely and made in a fine, Burgundian style. The fruit is subtle but expands on the palate to reveal wonderful pear, apple, citrus, herb and mineral qualities. Long and fresh on the finish.

This is a delicious, German-style Riesling that balances rich, ripe fruit flavors with crisp, citric acidity. First, there are the aromas of honey, flowers and lemon, and then rich, elegant flavors of apricot and tropical fruit that finish clean and bright. The intensity of the wine means it could age, but it’s great to drink now.

A snappy, tangy wine that shows good balance and integration. Its mineral core fans out to reveal pretty pear, apple, citrus and herb flavors, all couched in moderate toast.

This medium-weight Riesling has distinctive oil-shale aromas that meld well with the melon, apple, pear and lime flavors. The tart finish lingers, bringing in a note of slightly bitter citrus rind.

Refreshingly effervescent with a fresh apple and lemon nose, this dry sparkler is a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. The delicate lather is soft and mouthfilling with a clean minerality and pleasant lemon peel finish.

Enticing aromas of raspberry and cherry cordial open up this crisp Merlot from the North Fork. There’s a decent level of intensity in the mouth and medium body. Coffee and sawdust dominate the short-to-medium finish. Drink now to two years.
