Artful packaging, a nice wine inside. Starts out with dusty, lemony aromas before transitioning to a concentrated palate of intense but familiar-tasting lime and apple flavors. Round and medium-bodied, with juiciness. With more breadth and complexity we’d be talking excellence. As is, it’s a very good and recommended Spanish white. Imported by Acadia Imports. — M.S. A clean, easygoing style of Albariño with salinic aromas along with apple and peach. The palate has a perfectly good feel to it, while the flavors of citrus and peach are a little plump and sweet. Finishes with tropical notes and pithy white grapefruit. — M.S. (8/1/2010)
