Portabello mushroom and borscht aromas show the complexity of the nose. One sip is like taking a bite out of a chocolate-covered cherry. This Pinot is silky, rich and a definite pleasure to drink.

A lot of char, toast and vanilla identify the nose. Then come flavors of bright cherry, earth and a touch of soy. The finish is velvety with warm, subtle tannins that linger on the palate.
